Who We Are
Favor Media was established in 2013 after an inadvertent encounter. I consider myself to be an enthusiastic hobbyist of photography and after using a DSLR camera for the first time at a co-workers wedding. I fell deeper in love with the art of photography. This expanded my interest and I sought to discover more about this unique art form. This resulted in me constantly observing photographs and cameras alike.
Without having any prior knowledge of exposure triangle or composition, once I clicked the review button of the Nikon D3000 and saw the quality of photographs produced. I was hooked. After that experience I would frequently borrow the said camera to capture events for my personal use. It was during this time that I made the discovery that photography was not as simple as I thought and there was a lot more to be learnt before I could become a professional photographer.
Certification in Photography
Equipped with this special interest I took to the internet to increase my knowledge base in photography. In 2015, I enrolled into a certificate program. Thereafter, I registered into various forums and other educational online classes to improve my skills. This was in the hope of becoming rooted as a photographer. My intrinsic motivation coupled with hours of extensive research, have resulted in my knowledge base being expanded exponentially. It is clear that this has facilitated my development as a photographer.
Favor Media is now about immaculately capturing our client’s experiences on their special day. We do this in such a way that our clients are not only satisfied but are excited to have and share that experience once again.
What We Specialize In
Why do we specialize in wedding and portrait photography? We are indeed thrilled to perform a job that allows us to explore our creativity while flawlessly documenting significant moments in the lives of our clients. It is a tremendous honor for us to witness and document the love stories, emotions and relationships of every client.
I will define our photography as being both dynamic and genuine. Our photography also uses industry standard skills and techniques to produce the highest quality images. We are known to take great risks knowing that the reward is the satisfaction and joy of our clientele. Our main focus in every shot is to capture how someone truly feels in each moment. The romance of weddings is our drive to continue in capturing moments that will live within the hearts and minds of clients in years to come.
